The service fee for Thessaloniki is 100% of the monthly rental payment. This fee is paid by the tenants upon move-in. The owner can instruct us not to charge the tenants the commission and pay the fee themselves.

A: No, a notarized power of attorney is not required for our work.

A: Yes, you can choose: charge tenants only according to meters or for all utility services.

A: We will provide you with a template of the agreement that we use in property management.
Q: If I have problems with a tenant, will you help?
A: We will help, up to representing your interests in pre - trial and judicial proceedings. Such work is paid separately.
Q: Do you have a lawyer who can also help?
A: Yes, we have a lawyer on staff. If needed, we will involve them.
Q: Can you help me with tenant screening?
A: Yes, of course. In addition to publicly available databases, we have specialized services for checking administrative and criminal cases, credit history, etc.
Q: How long will it take you to find tenants?
A: It all depends on the conditions you set: the competitive price and the requirements for tenants.
Q: Can I NOT be present when showing the apartment?
A: Yes, you can act as it suits you. If you decide not to be present, then, of course, you will need to leave us the keys for showings. You can always get acquainted with tenants via video and come for the transaction with the candidates you are interested in. Or even sign the agreement with the tenants remotely, using an electronic signature.
Q: Can I leave you a duplicate of the apartment keys just in case?
A: Of course. This may be necessary if you often leave the city where the apartment is located. You can leave us the keys, and we will be ready to go and help with various issues.
Q: Can I contact you for help after the tenants have moved in?
A: Of course. We will help with legal or other issues. If necessary, we will come. Often, owners ask for help with оформление (formalizing the termination) of the agreement. We will also help in case of disputes with neighbors, tenants, authorities, etc. Payment for such additional work may be charged to you separately.
Q: Will you be able to rent out my apartment by room?
A: No, we do not work with such transactions.
Q: Can you find and settle tenants without my presence?
A: If necessary, we can. We can carry out the signing of the agreement with you, apartment viewings, and even the conclusion of the agreement with tenants without your personal presence. And you can get acquainted with the tenants via video call.
